How to: Have a Perfect Pamper Evening

Hi Guys,

This weekend I had an amazing pamper evening. So, I decided to share with you how to have a perfect pamper evening.

1. Run a Bath.

Make sure you have a nice hot bath.

2. Getting ready.

Make sure you have all you need after you get out of the bath. Eg your towel, dressing gown, slippers e.c.t.

3. Light Candles.

You could have just non-scented candles or you could have some lovely smelling candles. You could get from bath and body works in the US or if you are in the UK you can get them from Yankee Candles.

4. Bath Goodies

This is my favourite step as you get to choose what you want to pop into your relaxing bath. I usually choose a bath bomb, but you can pick anything that makes you feel relaxed. I buy all my bath goodies from Lush even though they are a bit pricy, they are worth the money.

5. Remove Make up.

If you have already removed your makeup in your preferred way e.g wipes, makeup remover e.c.t then you can go on to washing your face. You can use a foaming wash, cleanser  or any other product you use.

6. Grab a drink.

You could have a drink like a herbal tea. I would recommend pukka Night time tea which I drink every evening. Alternatively you could have cold water or any other drink.

7. Hop in the bath.

Get into your warm relaxing bath.

8. Exfoliate.

Use your favourite exfoliator. I am currently loving the Soap and Glory Flake Away. It leaves your skin so soft and moist, I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a good body scrub.

9. Wash.

Use your favourite shower gel, I love any amazing smelling shower gels.

10. Relax.

Everybody relaxes in different ways. I wouldn't recommend doing anything lively. You could read a book, listen to relaxing music or anything else that relaxes you.

11. Wash your hair.

It's is up to you if you want to wash your hair in the bath or over the bath. However you do it, I like to use Lush I love juicy shampoo. Remember to use a conditioner, my favourite is the  Kerestase Lait Vital. You could also use a hair mask of your chose.

12. Do a Face Mask.

My favourite masks are the Lush Face Masks. I use the Cupcake One as that is the best for my skin, but you could  use any one that suits your skin needs.

13. Moisturise.

This is the point you moistures your Body using your favourite Body lotion. I am currently using the Crabtree & Evelyn Pomegrante, Argan and Grapeseed Body cream with I love.

14.  Pop on some PJ's.

This is the part were you are waiting for your face and hair mask to do their jobs. So you can just relax.

15. Rinse off your Face Mask.

Get all your face mask off your face .

16. Time for night time skin care.

This is the point were you apply your night cream and/or any thing else you use.

17. Rinse Hair Mask.

Rinse out all your Hair Mask.

18. Hair routine.

Blow dry you hair and apply any other product to your hair that you normally use.

19. Paint your Nails.

This is an optional step, if you do want to paint your nails painting them in the evening is a good time as they have all night to dry.

20. Snuggle up in bed.

Get into bed and read a book or watch a bit of TV.

So, this are my 20 steps on how to have a perfect pamper evening.

Have fun having your one.

Mani Monday: Ombre nail

Happy Monday guys,

Today I decided to do a really fun nail art. Most of you have probably come across ombre nails. But, if you haven't, then you will probably like this.  This is not the easiest manicure to do, but it is also not the most difficult one.

Have fun painting your nails.
