Today I am going to share with you a recipe that I have fallen in love with. It is a vegan recipe. I have made it a few times now and I have never messed up this recipe. I would totally recommend watching missglamorazzi's videos as she has very good recipes. She also has a show on pop sugar girls guide link. So here is the recipe for cheeseless Mac 'n Cheese, but first here is a picture of my version.
Mother's Day Season is starting soon (different countries have different Mother's days. Sorry if this has gone up after Mother's day in your country), but I thought I would share with you some ideas for what you could get your mother. I have ideas for you, if you are on a budget or willing to splurge on something for your mum.
Fragrances
You could purchase a fragrance you know she loves, or one she is about to run out. She may have mentioned she tried a new scent and she liked it. You could surprise her buying for her that particular scent.
Candle
This is a super versatile present, as you could buy something like Yankee Candles or Bath and Body Works or you could buy something a bit more luxurious such as Jo Malone Or Diptique.
Handbag or Purse
If you want to splurge, you could buy a handbag. But if you want something not overly expensive, then you could get her a coin purse or a more expensive key ring.
Event
You might not necessarily buy her something, but instead spend the day with her, shopping or go out for a meal.
Gift Card
Gift Cards are great if you are really stuck for ideas. Get her one for her favorite shop or shopping center.
Beauty
You could buy your mum a nice new make up product or a nice gift set. Maybe buy her some nice high end products.
Cooking
Get your mum some cook books or buy her a new tool to use in the kitchen.
If you want to offer her something special than make her something which will mean a lot to her.
The main message which I am trying to get across is that if you buy your mum something that you thought about, something she would like this is the most important thing. If you don't buy her anything, just spent time with her, make her a meal. Spending time with her is the most important thing, but adding a little gift is always nice.
If you would like some more ideas then check out these two videos.
Don't forget the card!
I hope this helped you with some ideas as to what you could get your mum.
I am back with another post for you all. It is my March Look. The colour of this month is pale blue. I love pale blue, so I am really exited to share this look with you. Here is the link for you to check out last year's March look. As always I will find as many links as I can, for you guys.
Today I am coming to you with another recipe. I am sharing with you how to make "Baked Alaska". If you are not familiar with it, is a sponge cake with ice cream on top. The sponge and the ice cream flavor can be of your choice. The exciting part of this cake is the meringue over the top, which can be challenging to master. I made the chocolate version which turned out really good. Here is the link to the recipe I used.
Today I am sharing with you my Febuary Look. I will link last year's look so you can compare them.
Now the color of the month has remained the same, so the only think differently is the outfit. I have created a smart business type outfit. Here it is!
Sorry for the not posting this on Wednesday which is my usual posting day. Today I am going to be sharing with you some healthy breakfast ideas. I have 4 ideas for you. All the recipes shown are made to serve 1 person.
Let's start with one of my favorites
Egg Crepes
2 large eggs
2tbsp double cream
1tsp oil
Blend all the ingredients together with a blender. Heat a pan with a small amount of oil. Pour the mixture in a pan. When it starts to come away from the edges, carefully turn over with a spatula.
Place onto a plate and repeat with all the mixture. You could eat it with honey, yogurt, jam, peanut butter, fruit, cinnamon.
Next is Porridge or Oatmeal
I like buying ready flavored porridge and making it with almond milk, but you could have plain porridge with honey and berries. Here is another way of making porridge:
Yogurt
You could add to yogurt so many different things. I like adding cereal or granola and fruit with honey, but you can literally add anything you like.
Here is a video on how making your own granola
Last, but not least is my healthy smoothie.
You will need:
1 kiwi
A few kale leaves
100g Strawberries
chia seeds
100 ml Almond milk
Cut your kiwi and strawberries into small pieces and then place all your ingredients in a blender and blend. And there you have it, a super healthy smoothie.
If you still want some ideas then check out this video which gives you three more breakfast ideas.
And there you have it easy, healthy breakfast ideas.
