Top 10 New Years Resolutions


Hey Guys,

I decide to give you guys some ideas about what your new years resolutions could be. So, today I am going to share with you the top ten new year resolutions.

1. Get Fit or Lose Weight 

This is probably the most common new year resolution. It can also be quite fun and exciting to do. There are so many meal plans, groups, YouTube videos and magazines that can help you achieve this goal.

2. Try something new

This can be anything from trying a different food, to try a new sport, or start learning a new language or   try a new hobby like cooking.

3. Read daily 

Reading is super good for you and there are so many amazing books. I am a fan of spy action books, but I also like chick lits. But you just have to find a genre that you like and then you can find loads of books of that genre. Go and check out Goodreads it's an amazing website where you can find book reviews and track the books you read and also add friends so you and your friends can compare books you like. Also, you could listen to books. I enjoy listening to them when I can't read e.g. in the car I use Audible.

4. Be more positive 

This could change the way you think, you may end up trying something you would have never done before.

5. Do a Good deed regularly 

You could donate money to a charity or volunteer. Help somebody. Make sure you do this on a regular bases.

6. Take care of yourself

Try taking a pamper bath or pamper yourself more often. Here is a blog post that I wrote a while ago giving you an idea about how you could pamper yourself  Link. Try some new products. Just take care of your body. Establish a routine for yourself.

7. Drink more water 

Water is so good for you. You should try to drink 2 liters of water a day. Try having a water bottle with you at all times.

8. Spend more time with family and friends

We can all get carried away with work, but try to see your friends and family more often. You could go out for a meal, go shopping or spend a day together catching up.

9. Stop a bad habit or addiction. 

If you smoke, try and stop or you have a bad habit then take this year and try and stop that. At first it may be hard, but in the long run it will only be good for you.

10.  Be more organized

Being organized can make things so much easier and will look so much better and make you feel so good.
