Happy New Year guys. I hope you had a fab holiday. Now we are back, fresh year, fresh start and that means it's time for New Year resolutions. Over the past few years I have done a few posts about different New Year resolutions you could have, how to stick to them. But this year I am going to share with you some of my new year resolutions for 2016. Let's get started. I hope this helps some of you to think of some of your resolutions.
1. Healthy Body.
I think one of the most common resolutions is being more fit and eating healthy. I definitely want to eat healthier and get a"beach body". But I also think that it is important to break each goal down into smaller steps. For example, I want to get more toned and loose some weight, but I already regularly go to the gym, so to mix things up, once a month instead of my gym workout, I will be doing a Psycle class with my best friends. I also want to eat cleaner and one place where I get really good recipes and inspiration is Madeleine Shaw . She has some really good recipes and she is also just launching an app, which I would recommend.
2. Healthy Mind.
You may be wondering what I mean by this. I want to feel more positive and happy. I came across this really good blog Gretchen Rubin which I have started to explore. I think if you are happier in general then, you will do your tasks better and people around you will be happier.
3. Master the Heels
This may be quite a strange resolution, but personally I struggle walking and not shuffling if I am in heels. I am one of those girls who comes with their heels in a bag and puts them on for the show. So, to perfect my heel walk I decided to find the tallest pair of heels I own and walk with them in the house. So, that I get used to wearing and perfect my walk in them.
One thing that I think is really important is that at the end of the year if you have stuck to your resolutions, that you reward your self, with something you wanted.
