I thought I would start this new series talking about everything healthy: eating, fitness, lifestyle. Today I thought would share some tips and recipes.
First it's my Salmon Salad
1 bag of your favourite type of salad.
Ready cooked salmon
Sweet Chilli Sauce
Handful of Walnuts
Splash of Olive Oil
Smash you salmon into small chunks, toss all your ingredients into a bowl, place as much chilli sauce as you like. Mix it all together and your done. Super easy and tasty.
Tricolour Salad
1 Avocado
500g Cherry Tomatoes
1 Big Mozzarella Ball
Cut up you ingredients and splash a bit of olive oil with a pinch of salt.

- Switch up normal pasta with wholegrain, its healthier and fills you up more.
- Try mixing some of your favourite ingredients with quinoa.
- Try making energy balls for snacks, they are really filling and can be made with a bunch of different things.
